- What Venice Street Living Organises: We coordinate the heavy transport truck to safely deliver the crated stone from our Gold Coast warehouse yard to your delivery address.
- What the Customer Organises (On-Site Unloading): Because every residential and commercial property has unique access, slopes, and positioning requirements, the customer is responsible for organising the on-site crane, hiab truck, or forklift machinery with a qualified operator to unload the stone from the delivery truck and place it into position.
- Delivery Coordination: Our transport team will provide a confirmed delivery window so you can schedule your local crane or machine operator to meet the delivery truck on-site.
- Free Gold Coast Yard Pickup: You or your freight contractor may collect directly from our Gold Coast Depot using certified heavy transport / crane trucks at zero charge.
