At Venice Street Living, we offer limited-run, architectural outdoor living products through advance production batches. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an allocated unit from our active manufacturing run prior to warehouse arrival.

1. 100% Risk-Free Refund Guarantee

We want you to pre-order with absolute confidence. If your building schedule changes, your landscaping timeline shifts, or you simply change your mind, you may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to warehouse dispatch for an immediate, 100% full refund back to your original payment method.

2. Estimated Delivery & Fulfillment Timelines

All estimated shipping and collection dates displayed on product pages represent our realistic logistics schedule (factoring in precision manufacturing, sea freight transit to the Port of Brisbane, Australian Customs & Biosecurity clearance, and warehouse quality assurance).

  • Production Phase: ~28 business days (laser-cutting, welding, testing, and custom timber crating).
  • Sea Freight & Wharf Clearance: ~18–22 days (China to Port of Brisbane + DAFF quarantine & customs clearance).
  • Warehouse QA & Outbound Dispatch: ~2–3 business days.

While ocean freight and customs processing can occasionally experience minor external port delays, we proactively keep all pre-order customers updated via email at every milestone.

Committed Dispatch Guarantee: To keep your project planning simple, we commit to dispatching every Batch 01 pre-order no later than Friday, 13 November 2026. Our target is late October — if the shipment clears ahead of schedule, your unit dispatches early and you'll simply be pleasantly surprised. This committed date protects you against uncontrollable variables such as port congestion, vessel scheduling, and customs inspection volumes. If your plans need a firm date, plan around the committed date.

3. Payment & Price Protection

Payment is captured at the time of pre-order to guarantee your unit allocation in the production run. Your pre-order locks in the introductory pricing against any future retail price increases or currency fluctuations.

4. Dispatch, Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

As soon as our shipment arrives at our South East Queensland facility and passes strict quality inspections:

  • Domestic Courier (FedEx Road Express): You will receive real-time FedEx tracking details with tailgate delivery scheduling.
  • Warehouse Click & Collect: Customers choosing local collection will receive an immediate SMS and email notification with warehouse pickup hours and loading instructions.
