Tier 1 — Standard Parcel (Under 22kg)
- Dispatched via Australia Post or FedEx only, with door-to-door tracking on every order.
- Covers lightweight accessories, BBQ tools, hardware, stone samples and small homewares.
🚚 Carriers & Tracking
- Australia Post — standard lightweight parcels. Maximum 22kg actual or cubic weight (whichever is greater), 105cm max length, 0.25m³ max volume.
- FedEx — all bulky and heavy products, including anything requiring a tail-lift delivery and all B2B commercial freight.
- Every delivery is tracked (exception: local shop deliveries within the Gold Coast area).
- FedEx delivery windows: FedEx delivers within a nominated delivery window, however the window is not time-guaranteed. Plan for the window, not a fixed arrival time.
Tier 2 — B2C Residential Tailgate Delivery (60–350kg)
- Hydraulic tailgate + pallet jack: goods are lowered safely to kerbside or a hard, level driveway.
- Pre-delivery notification: the carrier contacts you by SMS/phone to schedule your window.
- Site access required: hard, level concrete or paved surface. Drivers cannot manoeuvre pallet jacks across gravel, grass, loose dirt or steep grades.
- You unstrap & move into position once the pallet is safely on the ground.
Tier 3 — B2B Commercial Freight
- For commercial, warehouse, retail or industrial addresses operating standard hours (8:30am–5:00pm).
- Receiver must have an on-site forklift or loading dock to unload from heavy rigid/semi-trailer.
- ⚠️ Residential and home-based businesses are classified B2C Residential under carrier rules — Tier 2 applies.
Tier 4 — Monolithic Stone Logistics (1.0–2.2+ Tonnes)
Clear division of responsibility
- We organise: dedicated heavy freight transport, stone crated and secured on hardwood pallets, from our Gold Coast facility to your site.
- You organise: a local crane, Hiab truck or heavy machine operator to lift the stone from the truck and place it into position. Every property is different — this is why on-site machinery stays with the receiver.
- Confirmed delivery windows provided in advance so your operator meets the truck.
- Substrate engineering: the installation area (reinforced slab, bedrock, compacted foundation) must be rated for multi-tonne loads before delivery day.

Order Processing, Packing & Transit
- Handling time: in-stock orders processed & packed within 24–48 hours.
- Packaging: industrial timber pallets (strapped + wrapped), custom flat-packed timber skids (Suar tables), heavy-duty plywood crates with cut-out handles.
- Transit: regional & interstate freight generally 2–7 business days.
