1. Laying Methods: Unlike hollow glass blocks, solid glass bricks do not use cross spacers. They are laid using continuous thin-bed structural neutral-cure clear silicone (e.g., Dow Corning 795 / Sikasil) or optical UV-cure bonding resin for invisible, crystal-clear joints. Can be laid in traditional running bond (staggered) or modern stack bond (grid).

2. Cutting Technique & Recommended Tools: Solid glass bricks must never be cut dry. Use a continuous-rim diamond glass blade on a wet-cutting bridge saw or wet tile saw with a steady water feed to prevent thermal cracking and chipping. Cut slowly at steady feed pressure.
