We ship Australia & New Zealand — but customers anywhere in the world can still order from us via our enquiry service.
How international orders work
International freight on stone, timber and masonry is quoted per shipment — weight, volume, destination and carrier schedules all affect it. Rather than showing you a wrong number, we quote it properly:
- Build your list. On any product page, press + Add to Enquiry List. Add everything you're interested in, with quantities.
- Send the list. Open the Enquiry List panel (bottom-right of every page) and submit it with your name, email and destination country.
- We reply with a landed quote. Product prices + freight to your port or door + any duties handled on your side — usually within 1 business day.
- We confirm. You approve, we invoice, we ship. Orders of any size welcome — from one pallet of glass blocks to full project quantities.
Prefer email?
Email info@venicestreetliving.com.au with the product SKUs (each product page shows its SKU), quantities, and your country. Trade and spec clients: mention your company and project and we'll bring trade pricing into the first reply.
Why enquiry instead of checkout?
- International pallet freight varies wildly by destination — a quoted number you can rely on beats an estimated one you can't.
- Duties, GST/VAT and import clearance are handled differently in every country; we tell you exactly what's ours and what's yours before you pay.
- Heavy goods need the right carrier — we book the best option per shipment rather than forcing one flat method.
