Tier 1: Commercial Trade

B2B Trade Account

Designed for job-site builders, contractors, and design professionals purchasing on a project basis.

🎯 Eligible Applicants: Licensed Builders, Landscapers, Architects, Interior Designers & Stonemasons.
🏷️ Rate Privilege: Account-restricted Trade Discount across masonry, glass bricks, and garden pots upon login.
📦 Minimum Order Spend: $300 AUD per order (or full carton/box multiples for glass bricks).
🚚 Delivery Location: Direct site delivery to your active residential or commercial project site.
💳 Payment Terms: 30% deposit upon order, 100% full cleared payment prior to dispatch.

Tier 2: Wholesale Stockist

Designed for retail stockists holding physical floor inventory in a commercial showroom.

🎯 Mandatory Premises: Must operate a physical retail shopfront or commercial showroom open to the public. (Storage units or home sheds do not qualify).
🏷️ Rate Privilege: Premium Wholesale Discount on bulk crate, container, and pallet lines upon login.
📦 Minimum Order Spend: $2,500 AUD opening order ($1,000 AUD re-order minimum or full crate/pallet lots).
🚫 No Dropshipping: Freight dispatched exclusively to your registered showroom yard. We do not deliver from our warehouse to your end-customers.
💳 Payment Terms: 30% deposit upon order, 100% full cleared payment prior to release.

Trade and wholesale rate cards are strictly confidential. Reselling or advertising items online below MSRP without written consent is prohibited.

Bulk shipments arrive on pallets or in heavy wooden crates. Receivers must ensure clear site access or forklift/tailgate unloading facilities.

All deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Any transit discrepancies or breakages must be submitted in writing within 48 hours.
