Venice Street Living — Commercial Terms & Order Minimum Policy

1. Order Minimums & Account Qualifications

B2B Trade Tier (15% Off)

Job-Based Trade Buyers

Target: Licensed Builders, Landscapers, Architects, Interior Designers & Stonemasons.
Minimum Order Spend: $300 AUD per order (or full carton/box multiples).
Flexibility: Order on a per-project basis as needed for job sites.

B2B Wholesale Tier (35% Off)

Stockists & Showrooms

Target: Retail Showrooms, Nursery Stockists, Brick/Paving Retailers & Warehouses.
Opening Order Minimum: $2,500 AUD initial stocking order.
Re-Order Minimum: $1,000 AUD (or full pallet/crate lots).
Premises Requirement: Verified commercial shopfront or warehouse.

2. Deposit & Payment Schedule

All commercial trade and wholesale orders are governed by the following payment schedule:

💳 30% Minimum Order Deposit: Required upon order placement to reserve warehouse stock or commence custom production.
🚚 100% Full Payment Prior to Delivery: Remaining balance must be cleared in full prior to order dispatch or site delivery. No goods will be released into transit without payment in full.

3. Confidentiality & Resale Terms

All commercial rate cards, wholesale quotes, and trade pricing issued by Venice Street Living are strictly confidential.

Trade and wholesale pricing must not be published or disclosed to non-approved third parties.
Reselling or advertising Venice Street Living products online below designated Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or MSRP without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Freight, Site Deliveries & Handling

Freight costs are calculated based on cubic volume, total order weight, destination postcode, and site unloading equipment (tailgate lift, forklift required, or crane truck drop).

Site access must be clear and accessible for commercial heavy transport vehicles.
Re-delivery fees resulting from unattended job sites or restricted access will be billed directly to the customer account.

5. Claims & Transit Inspection Window

All commercial shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any transit damage or discrepancies must be noted on consignment paperwork and submitted in writing to info@venicestreetliving.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
