Please review the commercial rules governing trade orders prior to placing quotes.

1. Trade Qualification & Discount

Approved accounts receive a dedicated Trade Discount across our building supplies, glass bricks, and garden pots collections upon logging in. Applicants must hold an active ABN/ACN operating in construction, architecture, landscaping, or design.

2. Job-Site Order Minimums

Trade orders are subject to a $300 AUD minimum spend per order (or full carton/box multiples for glass bricks). Order on a per-project basis as needed for your active job sites.

3. Deposit & Delivery Payment Schedule

A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation to reserve warehouse stock. 100% cleared full payment is required prior to order dispatch or site delivery.

4. Site Freight & Inspection Window

Palletized freight is delivered via tailgate hydraulic lift trucks. All job-site deliveries must be inspected within 48 hours and any transit damage noted on consignment paperwork.
